Thomas Breitwieser   studied law at the University of Munich (LMU) and was admitted as an attorney at law in 1982. As an attorney he is entitled to represent clients before the European Patent Office, the European Harmonization Office for Trademarks, the German Patent and Trademark Office and the German Federal Patent Court, and to practice before the Regional Courts and the Higher Regional Courts all over Germany.
