The firm of BOETERS & LIECK is a merger of BOETERS & BAUER and LIECK & PARTNER both established in Munich with roots dating back to 1968.
 
BOETERS & LIECK is located in Munich, the seat of two major patent offices in Europe - the European Patent Office and the German Patent and Trademark Office - as well as the German Federal Patent Court.
 
All partners of the firm are German and European patent attorneys as well as European trademark attorneys with the exception of Thomas Breitwieser who is attorney at law. Together they practice in the fields of European and German patent law, utility model, design model and plant variety law, unfair competition and antitrust law, licensing and infringement matters.
 
The majority of the staff are trained paralegals, competent to handle intellectual property law formalities in addition to correspondence in English, German and French.
